Drop-in replacement for existing MVP canopy tops
This is the same frame we ship with our complete custom canopy tents: same 40mm hex aluminum tubing, same connection points, same dimensions. If you have an MVP canopy top and just need to replace the frame, this is the swap-in. Your existing fabric attaches to the new frame with the same Velcro tabs and connection hardware as the original setup. No rework required, no compatibility uncertainty.
40mm hex aluminum, built for repeat use
The hexagonal leg profile is engineering, not aesthetics. Hex tubes distribute structural stress more evenly than round or square tubes, which prevents the bending and buckling that cheaper round-leg pop-up frames develop after repeated setup cycles. The 40mm dimension is the industry standard for heavy-duty commercial pop-up frames, the same size class used by MVP's complete tent line. If your previous frame was MVP-sourced, this is the same structural spec.
Aluminum corrosion resistance vs steel
Aluminum frames don't rust the way steel frames do. For coastal venues, humid climates, or any environment with regular weather exposure, this matters. Steel frames develop rust spots and structural compromise after a few seasons. Aluminum maintains its integrity and runs roughly 35% lighter than steel for the same structural dimensions, which makes one or two-person setup easier. Steel frames are still common in budget tents. Commercial-grade pop-up canopies have largely shifted to aluminum for these reasons.
Lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects
All MVP canopy frames carry a lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects: bent welds from production, joint failures, structural defects that weren't user-caused. If your previous frame failed because of a defect rather than misuse or storm damage, you may not need to buy a replacement at all. Before ordering, contact us with your original order details and a description of the failure. We'll check warranty eligibility first. This is honest disclosure: many of our replacement-frame inquiries turn into free warranty replacements once we look at the failure mode.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this frame work with my existing MVP canopy top?
Yes for matching sizes. A 10x10 replacement frame fits an existing 10x10 MVP canopy top, and the 10x20 replacement frame fits the 10x20 top. The frame has the same connection points and dimensions as the original frame your canopy was paired with. If your canopy top is older than 5 years, some connection mechanisms may have evolved. Contact us with your original order date to verify compatibility before ordering.
Do you sell replacement frames for 5x5, 8x8, 13x13, or 20x20 tents?
Not as standard SKUs on this page. Only 10x10 and 10x20 are listed here. For other sizes (5x5, 6.5x6.5, 8x8, 13x13, 20x20), contact us directly with your tent details and we'll arrange a replacement. Lead times for non-stocked sizes are typically 2-3 weeks rather than the standard 4-6 day delivery for 10x10 and 10x20.
What if my frame is covered under warranty?
All MVP canopy frames carry a lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects (bent welds from production, joint failures, structural defects from production). If your frame failed because of a defect rather than misuse, weather damage, or normal wear-and-tear, you may not need to buy a replacement at all. Contact us with your original order details and a description of the failure BEFORE ordering. We'll check warranty eligibility first. The cheapest replacement is the one we ship you free under warranty.
Can I order just the legs or just the truss instead of the whole frame?
Not as standard SKUs on this page. Current variants are whole-frame replacements only. If you need only specific components (a single bent leg, a damaged truss section), contact us directly. We can sometimes ship individual replacement components depending on your tent's age and our component inventory, which costs less than replacing the whole frame if only one part failed.
Why aluminum instead of steel?
Three reasons. Corrosion resistance: aluminum doesn't rust the way steel does, which matters for coastal venues and humid climates. Weight: aluminum runs roughly 35% lighter than steel for the same structural dimensions. One or two-person setup is easier as a result. Strength: premium aluminum tubing in this 40mm hex profile matches or exceeds steel's structural performance for pop-up canopy applications. Steel frames are still common in budget tents. Commercial-grade pop-up canopies have largely shifted to aluminum.
How heavy are these frames?
Approximately 45 lbs for the 10x10 frame and 75 lbs for the 10x20 frame. Both frames pack down to a compact carrying size for transport and storage. The 10x10 fits in MVP's standard tent roller bag; the 10x20 requires the larger transport bag.
How long does production and delivery take?
For stocked 10x10 and 10x20 sizes: production within 1 business day, delivery 4-6 business days. For non-stocked sizes (other tent sizes via direct contact): typically 2-3 weeks depending on inventory and production schedule. Need it sooner for an event deadline? Can these frames work with non-MVP canopy tops?
Maybe. Depends on the canopy top brand and how its connection points compare to MVP's frame. The 40mm hex aluminum frame is an industry-standard size class, so other commercial-grade pop-up canopies (E-Z Up commercial line, Caravan Pro line, similar tier brands) may have compatible connection points. Contact us with your existing canopy top brand and model before ordering and we can check known compatibility.

This gorgeous MG novel in verse is a MUST READ!

Words cannot adequately express how much Jordanian-American author Jasmine Warga’s novel “Other Words for Home” means to me.
Growing up, I never read stories about people like me or families like my own because they simply didn’t exist. Books with Arab and/or Arab-American characters, being wholly human, navigating issues of identity and belonging, interrogating what “home” means were never written. Too bad.
I’m elated that that’s changing, though, and that there are Arab-Americans who are writing these stories *with such immense skill and heart.*
This is the first middle grade novel I’ve read in literally decades and it just encouraged me to order many more. It is poetic and hopeful and so thoughtfully written. I can barely remember the last time I loved a character as much as I love brave and precious Jude.
I cried and cheered many times along this journey.
Seriously, if you work with middle graders, have middle graders, or are a lover of children’s literature yourself—YOU MUST check out this gorgeous novel in verse.
The only downside (and it's a big one) is that it ends.

One of the best books I have read this year!
Format: Hardcover
This is a beautiful novel-in-verse that will stay with me for a very long time. It is a must read for anyone middle grade or older.
What I loved:
- The Poetry- intriguing similes and metaphors, emotions captured on the page, powerful language
- The Perspective- I appreciated that the protagonist was not from Aleppo, but from a vacation town on the sea in Syria. This shows a different perspective than I have seen, but one that is equally as important. Jude and her mother then come to stay with her uncle in America, and again, the perspective was different than other "refugee" stories but equally powerful.
- The People- Jude is protagonist to cheer for, however, there are so many dynamic, diverse characters in this story.

Timely, Necessary & Important
Format: Hardcover
Oh, I absolutely adored Jasmine Warga’s Other Words for Home, a moving story told in verse of a Syrian girl and her mother fleeing from their home in their war torn country. It’s impossible not to feel empathetic towards the family as they are split up over the turmoil. I was immersed in Jude’s thoughts, feelings, and experiences in America as it was so poetically and honestly written. The Arabic proverbs referred to in the story were so beautiful and poignant, enhancing an already authentic, necessary and emotional look into the life of immigrants. This novel should be in every school library as it unabashedly encourages the need for kindness and understanding for all...important messages we should always be teaching and promoting...and students . I love having and supporting students like Jude in my class as they beam with pride learning and overcoming challenges—it warms my heart when they feel accepted and loved as they should.
